Welcome to Beyond the Veil: Understanding Perimenopause and Menopause
Join us at Pantry for an engaging evening dedicated to all things perimenopause and menopause—while enjoying light, healthy refreshments.
Feeling like your body has changed overnight?
You’re eating well, exercising, doing everything “right” but suddenly your sleep is off, your weight won’t budge, brain fog sets in, and hot flushes and mood swings appear out of nowhere.
This is the reality for many women in their 40s and 50s going through perimenopause and menopause. As estrogen and progesterone levels decline, these hormonal shifts impact your whole body—from metabolism, sleep, and brain function to bone health and changes in your skin.
Join Dr Cook and Mita as they guide you through what’s really happening inside your body, sharing proven strategies to help you understand and navigate this transition. They’ll discuss how your doctor can support you through this stage of life, as well as practical diet and lifestyle changes you can implement at home to help manage your symptoms.
We’ll also save time for Q&A—so bring your questions!
