About this event

Join us as part of the Yoko Ono Lennon Lunchtime Concert Series in partnership with BlackFest and The Tung Auditorium.

Remée is an alternative artist who draws inspiration from a wide range of artists and genres.

She has been writing her own songs from a young age and thrives on creating a world of her own, inviting audiences to immerse themselves in her lyrical storytelling and captivating visuals.

Remée, a local singer/songwriter, blends electronic, heavy bass, and storytelling lyrics into her music.

She describes her sound as "Offbeat with a sprinkle of electronic, heavy bass, and storytelling lyrics". Remée has been active in Liverpool's alternative music scene, collaborating with various producers and artists. She is also known for her love of steampunk fashion and Victorian-era aesthetics, which she incorporates into her music.

The Lunchtime Concert series allows everyone, whether students, staff or members of the public to experience the fabulous acoustics of the state-of-the-art Auditorium completely free of charge every Wednesday afternoon.

The Lunchtime Concert allows us to effectively utilise the Tungs existing cohort to promote our weekend music night and the rest of the festival, it ties in well with the programme and allows us to put on more musical offers for the high degree of singer/songwriters we receive applications for.
