BGWMID Develop your Game Plan with the Start Up GROWTHMapper

Part of our Start Up Accelerator Workshop Series, aimed at entrepreneurs, pre-start and start-up businesses.

GROWTHMapper is the leading strategic planning tool for Start Ups, highlighting strengths and weakness to inform a robust plan for phased growth and associated sustainable business resilience.

Prior to attending each participant will complete the Start Up GROWTHMapper. This is done via our online portal and is based around a questionnaire on the following key business elements:

• Product & Service Development

• Marketing & Sales

• Operations

• Finances

• People

It will take no more than 15 mins to complete and you simply answer yes or no to each question.

Upon attending the workshop you will receive a copy of your GROWTHMapper report which you will be guided through by one of our Business Growth Adviser’s throughout the session. Your individual GROWTHMapper report will enable you to:

• Benchmark your business

• Critically analyse the current state of your business

• Provide a clear assessment of the biggest opportunities, and challenges, you face in achieving your high growth potential.
