Is there a dress code?

No strict dress code, wear something comfortable. If you have an Indian dress /Kurti and leggings that's perfect.

What will the format of the class.

The class will begin with an introduction, followed by a warm-up, practicing adavus, doing Tirmanams, working on the technique and building stamina, a cool-down, and a final summary.
