This is session 3 in the series but there is no requirement for atendees to have been a part of previous sesisons-new people have joined the group at each stage of the program.
Why a Leadership network?
Group coaching is a powerful vehicle for personal development. Whether the work is focused around a specific area of personal leadership development or approached as a more general gathering of information to shape and refine your own thinking, personal leadership style & values.
The network provides a safe space to explore the day to day issues that arise as part of your role. Drawing on the experience of network facilitators, guest speakers & other attendees to provoke new thinking.
Through workshop based activities, we will provide a chance to learn new tools & strategies to support your professional development and also to learn from others.
Session Content:
Each session will be structured around a key element of leadership, with key questions posed to provoke thinking and growth.

Session 2: The stories we tell ourselves about leadership & their impact on our practice
Session 3: Values alignment in leadership
Session 4: Empathy & negotiation as tools for difficult conversations
Session 5: Managing change
Session 6: Approaches & strategies for managing a next generation workforce
