About the facilitators
Lauren George (she/her) is the founder of Legs London: a community of joyful movers, where she teaches accessible dance fitness, and believes that movement is mood-boosting magic. Her fun, inclusive, empowering classes are guaranteed to give you a healthy dose of happy hormones!
