What role should the business community play in addressing mental health in the workplace?

In the second quarter of 2021, business is thinking about the economy unlocking and life finding a new equilibrium that will allow us to find a much needed, viable, stable operating basis.

We know things will be different. Mental health was a serious, if underestimated and under acknowledged problem before the pandemic. The last 15 months have brought home the depth of the issue and we have started to acknowledge the part that practices in the workplace - whatever we mean by that - have been a significant part of the problem.

Question Storming, as a process for tackling complex issues, allows participants only to ask questions. Held under Chatham House rules, the most challenging questions will be taken forward to Solution Storming later in the day.
