Bianca's ADHD & Dopamine Workshop Part 1: Motivation - the evening session
Overview
This is part one of a three-part series about ADHD and dopamine.
Many behaviours associated with ADHD: procrastination, risk taking, big feelings, last minute pressure, or hyperfocus, are the brain’s attempts to boost dopamine and regulate itself, not personal failures.
About the host:
Bianca Faricy is a qualified ADHD coach with lived experience. She previously spent many years as a Head of Art in a secondary school and holds an MA in Education, specialising in supporting children and young people with ADHD in school settings. Her work is trauma informed and strengths based, and she also delivers neurodiversity training for schools and other organisations.
