This interactive workshop is for anyone with ADHD who wants to understand why motivation feels unreliable and the role of dopamine in this.

Are you fed up feeling unmotivated and disorganised? Feeling judged as lazy? Exhausted from trying harder than everyone else?

This 60 minute interactive workshop is for you.


About the host:

Bianca Faricy is a qualified ADHD coach with lived experience. She previously spent many years as a Head of Art in a secondary school and holds an MA in Education, specialising in supporting children and young people with ADHD in school settings. Her work is trauma-informed and strengths-based, and she also delivers neurodiversity training for schools and other organisations.


What you'll learn:

  • Why ADHD is a dopamine and regulation difference, NOT a willpower problem
  • What dopamine actually does in your brain
  • Why urgency, pressure and last minute panic seem to be the only things that work
  • How ADHD motivation works
  • Practical ways to work with your brain instead of against it
