About the host:
Bianca Faricy is a qualified ADHD coach with lived experience. She previously spent many years as a Head of Art in a secondary school and holds an MA in Education, specialising in supporting children and young people with ADHD in school settings. Her work is trauma-informed and strengths-based, and she also delivers neurodiversity training for schools and other organisations.
What you'll learn:
- Why ADHD is a dopamine and regulation difference, NOT a willpower problem
- What dopamine actually does in your brain
- Why urgency, pressure and last minute panic seem to be the only things that work
- How ADHD motivation works
- Practical ways to work with your brain instead of against it
