For just a £30 entry fee and a pledge to raise at least £100, you can join dozens of brave Santas stepping over the edge of Cheddar Gorge. Once harnessed up and helmet on, you’ll get a detailed course in abseiling from expert instructors. That first lean back over the clifftop will send your adrenaline soaring — but don’t worry, you’ll be safely secured while your instructor guides you every step of the way. Then comes the thrill: walking backwards down towering rock faces and bouncing your way to the bottom SAS-style!
