New General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was passed in 2016 and the new obligations and procedures it outlays must be in place by 25 May 2018 – are you ready? The UK is going through period of change with Brexit and ensuring that businesses in the UK have adequate Data Protection in the UK will be a key challenge. For many this will mean significant changes will have to be made in the way data protection is dealt with.
