Businesses that have been mystery shopped in this year's programme have the opportunity to meet with industry leaders, Storecheckers, to review feedback and the report from the visit.

These 10 minute sessions will take you through the report provided by the mystery shopper and ways that anything can be done differently to improve the overall score, or become an overall category winning business.
