There is excitement building around the BIG Buzz for Northamptonshire, which is happening on Thursday, 30th October 2025 at The Chester House Estate, Irchester, Wellingborough, NN18 2DH. The Estate has 10,000 years of history, but the Threshing Barn is from 17th Century and since being restored, the amazing soaring space is a very atmospheric event space.
At BIG Buzz we bring our local monthly networking groups together for a morning of BIG networking between 10 am and noon in the Threshing Barn.

Parking at The Chester House Estate
Claudius Way is the main visitor car park and can be accessed through the Prologis Park Wellingborough. Please use postcode NN8 2DH to find this entrance. The main visitor car park at Claudius Way is a 5 to 10-minute walk to the main building complex through our beautiful historic and natural landscape. There is a hard-standing footpath in place which is push chair friendly.
