BIG Conference Series - FRANKENORG!

The BIG CIC Conference is all about introducing Business Integrated Governance to people, and quickly linking attendees to examples of where integrated governance has been leveraged before, and where the BIG BOK has been used too. It will provide a practical session on helping protagonists to build a vision, cased and stakeholder base - enabling development of a business case to do something!

FrankenOrg – an example BIG implementation – built from many real examples. Rather than just present a couple of cases – we like the idea of stitching together aspects of several real scenarios to make an end-to-end picture of a complete integrated governance scenario. We can present a richer message than if explaining the details of one example. We have several contributors to this model in 5 speakers from the BIG CIC. Attending this session will enable attendees to engage the BIG Body of Knowledge more easily, and be confident in the credibility and origin of BIG (Big clue - this is not rocket science, we are just compiling common sense)
