IMPORTANT INFO:

About the Tunnel Club:

**The Tunnel Club requires photo ID from every adult entering the premises, please bring this with you or you may be refused entry.

**Please note the bar at the Tunnel Club takes cash and card but is £10 minimum spend on card.

Access:

The entrance to the Tunnel Club is on Livery Street. The entrance and main club area are on street level but the DnB room is upstairs and there is no lift.

Travel & Parking:

There is street parking in the area and a number of car parks nearby. The closest train station is Snow Hill and the venue is a 5 minute walk from there, straight down livery street and under the underpass. Local bus services run near to the venue with the closest bus stop just steps away on Water Street. Do check Sunday services and local parking rates.

Storage:

We would encourage you to leave buggies at home if at all possible. They are not allowed in the event space. There will be extremely limited buggy-parking near the club entrance, but this area is tiny. We recommend you wear babies in slings on the dancefloor.

A cloakroom is available but will be subject to a charge.

Facilities:

There are toilets on both floors and baby-changing facilities will be available on the ground floor.

What to wear?

Neon – rave – festival – bright as you like! Dressing up is optional of course but massively encouraged!

Safety:

Adults remain responsible for their children at all times.

The event will be busy with hundreds of people attending. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together.

The Tunnel Club has no natural light, so expect low club lighting (no strobes) and very limited seating.

Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance.

Tickets/Groups:

Adult only groups are not admitted. A max of 3 children per adult in a family.

If attending as a large party (more than 2 families) please ensure one adult to two children minimum. We will refuse entry to groups where there is inadequate supervision. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group please email kateh@bigfishlittlefishevents.com for pre-approval before buying tickets.

Each member of your group must have a ticket. Pre-walking infants are free (but ticketed). When purchasing please use the age your child will be at the time the event is due to take place.

Sound Level:

Music is played at safe levels (as informed by WHO guidelines) for little ears but is loud enough to provide an authentic nightclub experience for all of you. If your little ones are very sensitive to noise you may wish to bring ear defenders, but we find most children don't need them.

Photography/Marketing:

We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes.

What’s the refund policy?

There is a no refund policy but if you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else.

Just a reminder…

Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family-friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There will be no kids’ music, games, or DJ shout outs. The aim is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together.

Please note DJs will be announced in advance of each party via social media but may be subject to unavoidable change.
