|Reaching Communities Funding Workshop
The BIG Lottery’s Reaching Communities Funding programme is for projects that help people and communities most in need. Grants are available from £10K upwards and funding can last for up to five years. Reaching Communities can fund up to £100,000 for land, buildings or refurbishment capital costs. The BIG Lottery’s Local Funding Officer, Lucy Wright, will be giving a presentation about the Reaching Communities funding stream – outlining the fund’s current priorities, what sort of project they might support, what they are looking for in an application, and how you can maximise your chances of success.
The event will include a presentation, Q&A session with Lucy, a group workshop and opportunities for networking.
You will also be able to meet with the Funding and Groups Development Officers from WCAVA and VASA, who can support you with applications to the Reaching Communities fund – or advise you on alternative funding opportunities.
This event is specifically aimed at groups serving Stratford District, which is currently underrepresented in Reaching Communities funding allocations.
