Event Details

Join us to explore the Big Telescopes exhibition and discover how astronomers use different types of light to study the Universe. With interactive activities, an inflatable planetarium, and giant models, find out how we know about the Big Bang, black holes, galaxies colliding and much more!

These activities are most suitable for KS2/3 students.  However, we will endeavor to tailor activities for older/younger students if required.  Each visit is two-hours and includes three activites/workshops and a 15 minute break.  Snacks will be provided.

Risk assessments will be sent out 2-weeks prior to the event.

There should be a minimum 1:10 ratio of adults:students for Primary Schools, and 1:15 for Secondary Schools.
