Our Autumn Nearly New Sale will be on:
Saturday 15th October 2016
2:15pm-3:30pm (2:00pm for NCT members, with a valid membership card)
at Stratton Upper School, Eagle Farm Road, Biggleswade, SG18 8JB.
£1 admission (in aid of NCT charity).
Cheques can no longer be accepted but we are able to accept most major credit and debit cards (we will add a 50p donation per transaction to cover the cost of hiring our PDQ machines).
This sale will be for: clothes 0-8 years, maternity wear, nursery furniture and equipment, toys and games, buggies and prams.
As always our sales cannot run without the help of our volunteers so please consider volunteering on the day. We have a wide variety of slots available over the 3 days.
Last sale we were very short of volunteers for our tidying up slots 3.30-5.30pm so this year anyone who signs up for one of the ten slots available at this time will be entitle to a FREE SELLER PACK, all you need to do is register as a seller and volunteer for the slot applicable and confirm with us on email your seller number and we will refund you your £5, this will also apply if you volunteer for this whole day (10am to 5.30pm), again please just email us with your details once you have registered to volunteer and become a seller. Please ensure if you are taking advantage of this offer that you sign in and out with our volunteer co-ordinator on the day so we know everyone has shown up, anyone who is unable to volunteer after receiving the refund will have £5 deducted from there total sales.
Please be advised that some of the slots (especially at the beginning and end of the day) contain a lot of lifting and carrying so it is not suitable for pregnant women however you are more than welcome to volunteer your partners and still take advantage of the pre-sale yourself! Any pregnant ladies volunteering please email us once you have signed up as a volunteer and we will try and allocate you jobs accordingly.
We always appreciate help on the Friday and Sunday too as this involves a lot of heavy lifting and carrying to load and unload the van but doesn't take long. An ideal slot to send husbands and partners along too if you yourself aren't able to volunteer.
Also don't forget volunteers gain early entry to the sale which starts at 12.30pm providing we have finished setting up.
Please also remember that all volunteers must sign in and out on the day for health and safety reasons.

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
If you are an NCT member you will need to bring your membership card to gain entrance to the sale at 2:00pm.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Stratton Upper School has a car park.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, please update your registration information if any of your contact details change especially for the volunteer tickets so that we are able to contact you if any event details change.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
For sale attendees, this is not a problem as we are just trying to guage an idea of numbers, payment will be made on the day.
For volunteers we need to sign you in and out and ensure that only volunteers who are helping on the day get the opportunity to shop at the pre-sale, therefore the name on the registration/ticket will need to match the attendee.
I am volunteering, can I bring a friend on the day?
We are always grateful for volunteers but we do have limited slots to ensure that the pre-sale is not oversubscribed, so please ensure your friend books their volunteer ticket early, we won't be able to accept extra people on the day. If there are no volunteer tickets left for this sale, please register your interest for the next sale using the 'Register Interest in Volunteering' ticket.
