Bike maintenance course

In this 3 hour small group session, you will learn

· How to carry out a bike check to ensure your bike is safe and roadworthy

· How to set the saddle and controls comfortably for the rider

· How to fix a puncture

· How to adjust the brakes and change brake blocks

· How to adjust the gears

· How to rejoin a broken chain.

We urge you to bring your own bike on the day so that you can work on it.
