Bikeminded Film Club - April 2015

San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
El Baño del Papa 'The Pope's Toilet'
The Bikeminded Film Club is back for a second year! It will be held in the unique art-decó lecture theatre at the Kensington Central Library, a cosy venue to watch cycling-themed films during the autumn and winter. There will be a screening the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm from October 2014 to April 2015, except for November (which is on a Monday) and obviously January. Did we mention that entrance is free?
Our final screening will be El Baño del Papa ‘The Pope’s Toilet’. The inminent visit of the Pope to the small town of Melo in Uruguay brings hope and dreams of a better life for its poorer residents. For petty smuggler Beto, the best idea is to build a toilet for the visiting pilgrims to relief themselves.
