Bikepacking SCO & Markus Stitz present: An Evening with Tom & Rich Seipp
Thu 16 February 2017, 19:00 – 21:30 GMT
Have you ever met an eleven year old that can say he has raced Strathpuffer three times, ridden a 200 km gravel race, coast to coast and attempted to cycle the Highland Trail 550, one of the toughest bikepacking events in the world? And has won an award for Best Adventure film at the recent Kendal Mountain Festival?
Well, here's your chance. Come and be inspired listening to Rich and Tom Seipp talking you through their recent adventures, the latest one being a unique tandem bikepacking adventure, 3200km unsupported through France.
The talk will be followed by a Q&A hosted by Markus Stitz, founder of the Capital Trail and first person to cycle the world singlespeed, and there'll be the opportunity to speak to Tom and Rich after the talk.
The Cobbs Cafe will be open before the talk for food and drinks, and you can shop for new adventure gear at Craigdon until 8.30pm.
There's plenty of free parking and bike racks available at the shop.
Advance tickets: £11 full price, £9 concessions (under 16), £6 Young Scot Card holders (please bring you card to the event as proof)
At the door: £12 full price, £10 concessions (under 16), £6 Young Scot Card holders (please bring you card to the event as proof)
