The third Master Class of a series of 3 live and interactive events on Leadership in the new reality

Forward looking: transformative leaders

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of business, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the urgent need for companies to transform. In fact, the crisis has underscored that need even more. 

In brief, how can leaders engage the workforce in the transformation? How can leaders give a sense of purpose around the transformation? What are the various contextual dimensions of a transformation? How important is culture? How leaders can measure value creation?

A panel of seasoned leaders will offer their perspectives on these questions, Marie Humblot-Ferrero, Managing Director and Partner, BCG, as moderator:

Following the round table, participants will be split in smaller groups and exposed to different cases related to the theme. This will be a great opportunity to engage in healthy debates.

During these 3 masterclasses, she will share her knowledge, and together with other seasoned leaders will get perspectives on the multiple leadership angles, one per panel.
