Baz is an Irish actor, writer and director known for roles in KIN, Brassic, and his feature film Dublin Crust. He runs Sure Look Productions and hosts the podcast Fix It In Post. A drummer, mentor, and creative all-rounder, he speaks openly about navigating the creative industries from the ground up.

Lins Wilson - Independent Artist
Lins Wilson is a Yorkshire-based music creator, sound designer and project producer. Her wealth of experience in the creative industries includes performing at SXSW, supporting The Pixies, producing sets for a Nicki Minaj music video and theatre shows at The Barbican; and fundraising, booking and self-releasing music as Magick Mountain. Lins supports funding applications and is mentor and Project Operations Manager at Launchpad, a talent development programme.

Jin is a director and producer at Second Avenue Productions. She is founder and director of Bills and Beats, an events + documentary programme with a mission to empower young people with financial confidence as they pursue their art.
