Billy supports LUSH Digital with all recruitment needs, headhunting and talent sourcing both within the business and externally, searching for the best tech talent from around the world.

Our tech team is responsible for the design and development of our website, mobile apps, point-of-sale systems and everything in between. To deliver these at a global scale, we use the best technologies available and continually seek out new and better ones.

We believe that community is at the heart of technology, and we contribute OSS and ideas as well as host meetups and events. Our design team work closely in collaboration with engineering to understand, concept, test and refine our digital products across the Lush estate.

Happy Hour Talk Sessions last 1 to 1.5 hours although we aim to wrap up by 5.15pm, some weeks we will have more than one speaker/activity and we normally continue the discussion in the Spitfire pub 130-132 Above Bar Street, so please do join us after this event if you are able to.
