BIM - Practical Steps to Implementation

BIM provides a great opportunity for those who are willing to make the effort to understand what it is and how you can be involved. BIM is too improtant to ignore and it will become even more important due to Government(s) directives and the increasing use to Tier 1 firms, designers and prodcut suppliers.
This half day workshop is for SME's who need to gain a practical understanding and application fo BIM.
BIM remains an area of confusion for the majority of organisations involved in the construction industry. This is despite a hugh amount of information and guidance being made available online and at any number of seminars and conferences.
This workshop will cut through the vast amount of information and look at what the SME's need to consider to provide their own BIM stragety and implementation plan.

Presented by Brian Jukes
Brian has an engineering background and worked in the building and civil engineering contracting for over 30 years. He has a practial understanding of the construction processses required to deliver sucessful projects. He takes times to understand how new methods and technologies can be used to provide business advantage.
Cancellations made within 7 working days of the course/seminar start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 working days are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be notified to Construction Federation Services in writing. Email notifications are acceptable. A telephone message is not sufficient as a notice to cancel. Delegate substitutions are welcome. If delegates do not attend a course/seminar without giving a notice of cancellation within the appropriate timeframe, no refund will be given.
