Traditional recruitment pathways can miss too much potential when it comes to attracting young talent. Discover how modern, inclusive work experience programs can uncover hidden talent and attract diverse candidates.

Learn practical advice, hear real success stories, and leave with fresh ideas to revamp the traditional perceptions of what work experience can offer.

As well as launching the new BIMA work experience platform we'll hear form guest speakers who have managed to make work experience a better experience for everyone. This isnt about providing an insight into what it's like to go to work...it's about helping you find hidden talent.

Amy will discuss how Reflect Digital has shaped it's work experience program and how it's run, how it benefits the team and how you could shape your offering.

Matt Sullivan will launch the new BIMA work experience platform. Designed to help members find hidden talent through a cometitive process.
