We are launching a new BIMA Community with a focus on people!

Our biggest asset are our people and so much time is spent recruiting, onboarding, managing and supporting our staff to ensure they can be the best they can be. This community will offer support to help you do this.

In our first session we will look at Employee Engagement. How do we start to measure engagement and begin to create a strategy around this?

As always the format for this session will be a rountable event with a chance to discuss over breakfast courtesy of our Strategic Partner, Bruntwood

Our community is run by Victoria Brown of High Consultancy Performance (HPC) and Zoe Wallace, Managing Director, Agent Academy.

Victoria Brown is the founder of oneHR and the Managing Director of High Performance Consultancy (HPC). Victoria set up her first business at the age of 17 whilst studying to become a HR practitioner. This was successfully sold 10 years later. She has over 20 years’ experience in business and HR. HPC is an award winning national HR outsourcing service provider. HPC has offices in Liverpool, Manchester and London and continues to grow from strength to strength providing effective HR support to businesses across the UK. Through her many years of HR experience Victoria has worked with a wide range of clients and sectors; global brands such as John West Foods, Danone, Adidas ,fast growing agencies to small businesses taking on their first member of staff. In 2015 she launched oneHR software, which is a smart, sophisticated online HR management system. She raised investment from Scott Fletcher (Chairman of the ANS group) in 2019 to enable her to take this SaaS product worldwide. In 2018 she was appointed to the LSG Group board as a Non-Executive Director to provide strategic support and direction.
