About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes
Gen Z Unfiltered is a three-part series focused on the myths and lived realities surrounding Gen Z in today's work environment. Set against the backdrop of our post-COVID landscape, the series explores how younger professionals are navigating shifting expectations, evolving technologies, and changing definitions of success at work.
Through roundtable discussions, panels, and workshops, we aim to spotlights Gen Z voices while bringing them into conversation with C-suite executives and talent leaders to explore how businesses can engage, support, and invest in the workforce of the future.
We’re kicking off the series with our three speakers who will be sharing their personal journeys, challenges, and wins in the modern workplace. Each speaker will offer a unique perspective on what it's really like to grow a career in today’s environment, from culture fit and mental health to ambition, burnout, and belonging.
After their talks, you'll have the chance to ask your own questions, and join in a collective conversation about how we can change the narrative and create a more inclusive future of work.
1st drink is on BIMA!
