Biodanza is an easy interactive and playful dance class for those who want to get out of their heads and into their bodies. It’s suitable for all ages from 18 to 88.
Biodanza literally means the dance of life. It’s a system of personal growth using music and movement to develop your instincts, self-awareness, communication, and confidence. Biodanza enables you to deepen your bond with others and with nature, allowing you to express your feelings more fluidly. There are rhythmic dances for physical well-being and vitality in the first part of the class, and slow exercises to relieve stress in the second half. Enjoy a vibrant mix of uplifting Brazilian and World music, from Tribal drums, Jazz, Latin, hip-swaying Samba to soothing Classical.
It is open to all, there are no steps to learn, just guidance to free your body to make its own movements. Dress code is barefoot or soft shoes, wear clothes that are comfortable to move in.
