Welcome to Biodanza in Cambridge! Join us for an uplifting and joyful experience at St Andrew's Hall.

Biodanza is a unique combination of music, movement, and self-expression that aims to deepen the connection between body, mind, and emotions.

This in-person regular event is a great opportunity to let go, unwind, and connect with others in a safe and supportive environment.

No previous experience is required, just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore. We can't wait to dance with you!

Let's dance and explore, embody, awaken the Four Elements within! Come and join us for the 2nd session in the serie of 4 before Christmas, on Sunday 16th of November. We are dancing with evocations of the Element of Water 🌊.
