This free event is for anyone interested in better understanding and encouraging biodiversity within community food growing projects. The event is open to staff, volunteers and members of existing or potential community garden and growing projects, and any other interested groups or individuals. See what's happening at the Concrete Garden and hear about pollinator species, citizen science surveys, garden wildlife 'good guys', and fruit trees, including Scotland's heritage varieties. Come away from the event with fresh knowledge, ideas and contacts which you can use within your own activities and growing spaces. Organised in partnership with Glasgow Local Food Network and supported by Scottish Natural Heritage.
