We are pleased to offer a unique training workshop for managers, HR professionals and self-employed individuals to learn more about bipolar, including signs and symptoms and to understand what support is available.

Bipolar Awareness Training

Participants will find out:

  • Group training session incorporating presentation, discussion, group participation, covering:
  • What is bipolar – Facts and Myths
  • Bipolar mood scale
  • Its impact – for individuals, families & loved ones and colleagues/acquaintances
  • How individuals can manage bipolar
  • How we can support others with the diagnosis
  • Services available
  • Practical steps on producing an Advanced Statement

Printed information packs are provided for attendees.

Bipolar UK is the only national organisation which supports people with the devastating and misunderstood condition.

More than one million people in the UK have bipolar, Men and women of any age and any social and ethnic background can develop the illness during the course of their life. Given the prevalence, we all know someone with bipolar. Whether we know if they have a diagnosis of bipolar, however, is another matter.
