Eligibility
The course is for people living with bipolar who are a resident of London. If you live outside of London but are interested in the course please email selfmanagement@bipolaruk.org to register your interest.
To take part you should have a diagnosis of bipolar and be able to attend the course each week for the full 8-week duration starting on 22 October and concluding on 10 December. Each course session will start promptly at 6.30pm and finsh at 8pm.
By signing up to this course you also agree to receive emails directly from Bipolar UK that are relevant to the self-management course, and receive a telephone call from one of the team to confirm registration
Overview
Bipolar UK is delighted to offer a 8-week course, looking at areas such as diagnosis, lifestyle, medication, talking therapies and an optional family and friends' session at the end. Supported by (BPEC - Bipolar Psychoeducation course materials from Cardiff University), to enable people affected by bipolar to learn more about self-management and live well with the condition.
