Bird of Paradise Yoga Workshop

Learn how to safely, and enjoyably work towards Bird of Paradise.
This workshop will focus on shoulder and hip flexibility; starting with a dynamic practice, before preparing the body for our peak pose, and then leaving plenty of time to play before cooling down and taking a well deserved extended Savasana.
Come and explore this beautiful asana in a supportive and playful environment, where learning to fall is part of the fun! Find strength, balance and confidence as we work towards expanding the upper body and extending the leg.
