About this event

Arts • Theatre

Step aboard The Golden Hinde for an evening of music, poetry, and storytelling that delves into the heart of London – its visions, its madness, and its magic.

Bird Radio, described by fRoots magazine as “folk-horror of the darkest hue… a musical storyteller of rare power,” joins forces with London’s own bard John Bently, publisher of Liver & Lights. Together, with special guest musicians, they’ll weave a tapestry of sound and spoken word that captures the visible and invisible stories coursing through the city.

Expect an atmospheric night in the historic setting of our galleon’s hold: part concert, part ritual, part voyage through the concrete and chaos of London in search of light and meaning.
