Calling all budding young wildlife watchers! Join our team for a family-friendly bird and bug search. Perfect for first-time young birders to learn more about North Cave Wetlands and the wildlife that lives there.
What to bring/wear
This event will take place outside so brace yourself for the Yorkshire weather! Sturdy footwear is recommended and lots of layers.
Toilets and catering
There are two compost toilets on the reserve with disabled access. The Little Butty Bus is on site from 8am to 2-30pm providing hot and cold food and drinks six days a week apart from Mondays.

If you have tested positive or think you may have Covid-19 we ask you to stay at home. Please contact Supporter Services if this is the case and your booking will be refunded. Visit our events Covid-19 page for more details.
Joining us on the day
We will meet by the first hide (opposite the Butty Bus).
Parking
There is a large car park with two disabled parking places situated at the entrance to the reserve.
