In accordance with social distancing measures, all attendees must book tickets in advance via Eventbrite and choose where to sit on the plan. In case of booking issues, please email info@wimbledonfilmclub.com
There are two empty places between each seat available for booking. If you are attending as a 'household,' we suggest you book adjacent seats in the same row. You can move closer together in the screening room.
With the cinema limited to 1/3 capacity, please book as far in advance as possible.
Members: please note that you can only make a booking once using the link sent to you by email , so make sure that you book for your guests at the same time as for yourself – you will not be able to return later and add more tickets to your booking.
If you feel unwell and need to cancel, please notify us by email as soon as possible. If you inform us by10am on the day of the screening, we will give you a refund (minus the booking fee) in the event that your seat(s) can be resold.
Doors open 8:15pm; the film starts promptly at 8.30pm. No admission for latecomers.

Additional measures for WFC events:
- Please aim to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the screening and go straight to your seat. Latecomers will not be admitted.
- Masks (covering nose & mouth, no scarves, please!) will be obligatory inside the venue, including the screening room. If you qualify for an exemption, please notify us in advance by email (address below).
- Drinks will be allowed in the screening room, but no food.
- A WFC committee member will monitor the screening to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
