Join Park Cameras and be prepared to be amazed, as the experts from The Hawking Centre put on an incredible flying display with the help of a fantastic feathered predator!
As predators at the top of the food chain, birds of prey are complex creatures, each with their own habits and characteristics. During this free display, you’ll learn more about the physical features, hunting skills, natural behaviours and different flying techniques adopted by the different species of bird, whether they be a hawk, falcon or owl!
This flying bird display will last for approximately 30 minutes, within the grounds of Park Cameras. There will be plenty of time to capture some amazing actions shots of the birds in flight, so feel free to bring your camera along with plenty of memory!
This display aims to be not only visually exciting, but educational and above all, fun! Be prepared, as audience participation is not uncommon!
Before and after the session, a collection of birds of prey will be available to view in a static display, with plenty of opportunity to speak to the bird handlers to learn more about the birds.
