Event description

Description

The aim of this trial is to provide knowledge of the process when a criminal trial is brought to court.

It is not designed to teach law or how to conduct an investigation, but will provide a valuable insight into both the legal and prosecution process that are taken.

Being run by practicing criminal barristers, this event provides a very realistic view of the legal requirements involving work undertakings and contractor due diligence , whilst also giving you the chance to act as a member of the jury and to be actively involved in the judgement.

Closing with a discussion of the verdict and its implications, you will have an opportunity to question the legal team and network with fellow professionals.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day.
