Birth Preparation Course

Join me in October for your full antenatal course covering everything from how your body works and building a positive mindset through to preparing for your postnatal period. We'll deep dive into making sure your birth partner knows exactly how to support you, and your rights, choices and decision making tools to plan for a positive birth that's right for you!

📍All sessions will take place in my home in Willowbrae (2nd floor flat, address given on booking)

🗓️Wednesday evenings - 1st, 8th, 22nd and 29th October (no class on 15th)

⏰We'll start at 6.30pm and run until about 9 o'clock.

🎟️The cost to attend is £111 per person and limited to 6 participants, birth partners are encouraged to attend. If the cost is a barrier, I am happy to discuss payment plans, skill swaps and may be able to offer a reduced rate.
