Join us for a fun-filled Birthday Party!

Choose from either a classic or bear party:

Classic - £15.75 per child

Bear - £23.75 per child

Minimum number of children is 12. We have 2 different maximums depending on the time you choose.

Max 22 children: 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm

Max 16 children: 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm

What's included?

Up to an hour and a half play, reserved party table with unlimited squash, a plated meal consisting of hot and cold food, ice cream desert, designated party host, print at home invitations (can be downloaded from www.kids2day.co.uk/parties).

Bear parties also come with a bear making kit, consisting of a bear skin, fluff, a wishing heart and certificate to make while in the party room. Play is shorter for a bear party in order for children to make their bears.

Terms & Conditions

£50 deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable and will be deducted off of your total balance.

While your party package comes with a designated party host, they are not responsible for the children attending the party and therefore a ratio of 1 adult (over the age of 18)for every 5 children must be present. If a child is being left at the party the parent/ guardian must leave emergency contact details.

Final numbers must be sent over to us 10 days before the party. These can be amended up until the day before the party but no later than this. If a child does not attend and we are not made away by the day prior to the party they will still be charged for. Additions can be made on the day of the party at our discretion.

We are a cashless venue so final payment must be made by card and made before going up to your party room.

If there is a child attending the party with any allergies, their parent must contact us directly to discuss food choices.

Only children aged 12 and under can attend the party and are permitted to play within the play frames.

The whole of the downstairs of the building is wheelchair accessible, however, our party rooms are situated upstairs and these are not accessible.

You are welcome to bring a cake but in order to abide with Natasha's Law a full list of ingredients must be provided and while we are able to cut the cake we cannot wrap it. If you are bringing candles please ensure these are single flame candles and not roman candles or sparklers as this will set off our fire alarm.

No other food other than a birthday cake can be brought into the venue.

All children attending the party must wear a wristband provided on arrival.

Only children invited to the party are permitted to eat in the party rooms.

Once your party is called up to the party room, all belongings must be taken up with you.

A booking fee will be taken at the time of booking in addition to your £50 deposit.
