Our project will start off with number of supper clubs and kitchen takeovers. Our plan is to open our restaurant in 2017.

Bistro Mirey presents a 4 course tasting supper based on the theme of French in Suffolk. Dingley Dell is a place in Suffolk that produces amazing pork. We will celebrate everything about DIngley Dell Pork and Suffolk.
