Our food is simple and authentic, prepared with love and care. Mirey's serves French food at its best, using the local ingredients, with the influences from around the world.
Our project will start off with number of supper clubs and kitchen takeovers. Our plan is to open our restaurant in 2017.

Bistro Mirey presents a 4 course tasting supper based on the theme of chef Gerald's home, Normandy.
