BITC Cymru Members' Forum - April 2017

This event is one of BITC Cymru's regular Members' Forum events. These regular sessions are the main vehicle for sharing best practice with Member companies and providing opportunities to debate these issues in small, roundtable groups.
With the topics identified by our Members, the Forums embody the business-led approach taken by Business in the Community Cymru.
April's Members' Forum will focus on how business can better manage, measure and communicate their community benefits and take part in more responsible procurement processes. The Wellbeing of Future Generations Act is driving a change in procurement and the expectations of both the public and private sectors in Wales. This Forum will be a real opportunity for business to sit round the table with experts in the field of procurement and representatives from Value Wales and (tbc) the Office of the Future Generations Commissioner to discuss how to leverage even more value out of your community work.
Drawing best practice from across our network and our broader organisation the Forums are a vital element of our Membership offer. Taking in a broad range of topics from HR to employee engagement; and from measuring community impact to building responsible business strategies, the BITC Cymru Members’ Forums are opportunities for Members to discuss openly the challenges and opportunities they are facing.
