Bite Size Business Seminars - IP - January 2017
Fri 27 January 2017, 12:00 – 13:00 GMT
Intellectual property in real life: How to be IP savvy
Our Bitesize Seminar on IP features a talk by life science specialist patent attorney Dr Robert Stephen, who will raise and discuss key questions around IP, such as:
- What do good and bad IP look like?
- How can open science and commercial confidentiality work together?
- What can you do to generate value from your IP?
Robert has worked in all areas of IP: he holds a PhD in molecular genetics from the Institute of Molecular Medicine in Oxford and has worked as a patent attorney for GlaxoSmithKline. Today, he heads up life science at top law firm Olswang.
He has a particular interest in medical technologies, biopharma and other biotechnology, and will be available after the talk to discuss with you any questions you have about IP in life sciences.
