Bite-sized Hour: Building a product-based business
Turn your service business into a product business
Are you considering moving from a service-based business to making a product? Turning your expertise and knowledge into something tangible is a great growth strategy, but you may be struggling without knowing how to charge for your new product. This interactive workshop will help you understand the benefits of a product-based business, and whether it’s a good way forward for you.
In this hour-long session you’ll learn:
- The options for growing your business
- How and when to make products
- The six elements of a successful product-based business and what you need to have in place
- Choosing a business model
- Why people fail, and how to avoid those mistakes
Who for? You’ve maybe thought about making products, seen other people make money from online courses or books, and you’d like to know more. Or you’ve started making your first product, and you’ve got a bit stuck and want some help moving forward.
When Tue, 31 May 9:30 - 10:45
