Great things are achieved when you know what you are doing, where you are going and how you are going to get there.
… and when you effectively take your people with you.
Delegation has been described as an ‘artform’ (The Guardian, entrepreneur.com, forbes.com, huffingtonpost.com to mention just a few) which can make it appear mystical and out of reach. There are many influences on successful delegation:
- Ability to set SMART goals of the delegated task
- Understanding the delegated task,
- Managing the ‘freedom’ of delegation.
… and so on.
This workshop will dedicate time to modelling the ‘artform’ with takeaways for you to transfer back at the workplace, at home or in other times of delegation.
This Maximum Impact session is perfect for:
- Line Managers
- Self-employed professionals
- Anyone with ambition!
