Many of us work in a crowded market that is becoming ever more challenging to reach, in which our competitors are communicating similar messages to us.
How do we find ways to engage with our target customers with messages that resonate, and what are the best ways of doing this? What should we avoid and what should we start doing?
In this workshop, you’ll learn the strategies you need to find your niche and reach your target audience. You’ll explore the value of niching your business and find out how to define customer personas. You’ll learn about cost-effective sales and marketing techniques that work.
You will leave with a clearer idea of your markets, a definition of your customer personas and ideas for best practice marketing techniques.
