Procrastination damages your productivity and leads to self-sabotage. So why do we do it? In this workshop, you’ll learn what causes procrastination and create a plan that will help you overcome it.
We all have different procrastination triggers and behaviours. You’ll learn how to identify yours, and work with others to find out how they have overcome procrastination. You’ll use the knowledge you gain to help you produce a personal action plan to help you overcome a current challenge.
You’ll leave with a hints and tips document full of proven strategies and techniques, ready to crack on with work and kick the procrastination habit.
